A ready-made 4 dKH indicator solution for the CO2 drop checker, 15 ml. No mixing: open the cap and fill the drop checker.
How to use it
- Fill the drop checker two-thirds full with the solution
- Place the drop checker inside the aquarium
- The CO2 level is right when the solution is deep green
- Replace the solution at least once a month to keep the reading accurate
How it works
Once the drop checker is under water, carbon dioxide passes from the aquarium water into the air pocket of the drop checker and from there into the indicator solution, until the two are in balance. As the balance settles, the colour of the solution follows the CO2 concentration of the aquarium water.
Green means the CO2 level is right and nothing needs doing. Blue means too little CO2, yellow too much.

Free delivery on orders over €200; otherwise €9.99 in Europe and €14.99 for the rest of the world. Orders placed before 2 PM CET are usually processed the same day — a regulator may need a little longer, because every one is assembled and tested before it ships.
